The Art of Holistic Healing Starts With Organic Goddess' Wisdom...

In 1998, I started on my healing journey to self-love, inner-peace, and achieving absolute happiness. This all came about at the onset of opening my massage and holistic healing practice. It was definitely the start of a really beautiful journey. And after being on this amazing path to achieving inner-peace and a healthy, conscious lifestyle, I can honestly say that I have no regrets whatsoever. Being healthy starts with the determination to be healthy.

I have given up partying, and I choose not to allow the chaos in. For being healthy and happy means making healthy choices when it comes to who I allow into my life. I decided a long time ago that I wanted to live a healthy life... in peace. If we choose the wrong partner for our life, that will effect our health in a very negative way. I truly believe that eliminating the stressful and controlling people from our lives can actually save us from becoming very sick and unhappy. Even if they are family members who do not care about our happiness.

We've all seen the stressed out controlling relationships on dateline. And we know that they do not end well. Of course those are the extreme cases. It's true that being controlled or surrounded by a negative unhealthy partner or family member will create unwanted stress and health issues in our lives. Stress does in fact lead to chronic diseases like cancer. I know that personally from experience. One time, I literally had to learn to let go of a very toxic person. Because he and his entire family was creating so much stress in my life that I got cancer. Thank goodness I didn't let it overtake me. It took conscious efforts and prayer to overcome it holistically. Learning from this experience was a very painful one. And yet, I learned and I healed my life from that stress holistically. I have done it three or four times in my lifetime. And though it seems like the green demon that kills us, it actually doesn't have to. We've been programmed to fear cancer. It's a fallacy.

The holistic remedies are out there and they have been for decades.

I have spent the last 30 plus years studying those remedies, and I made the conscious decision that I didn't want to die from cancer or from substance abuse, the way some of my ancestors did. I have lived a peaceful life since 1989 by choice. I have learned to heal my own life and share these golden nuggets with those that were blessed with an open heart and a good teacher like myself.
